Learning how to taste chocolate (or other foods) is such a satisfying experience – it will help you to enjoy your food and change how you view great taste in everything you eat and drink.
Take a journey around the world of cacao, learning the art of sensorial tasting through aroma, texture and flavour (here is a taster of what you will learn).
Private Tastings – you can book your own tasting (minimum 6 people), to take place in your home or office. Perfect for a group of friends, a corporate team or a family get-together or celebration.

Book Club Tastings – bring your book club discussion to life with chocolate pairings that reflect the book you have all read.
Events – We hold regular tastings in our Chiltern Chocolate Kitchen, focusing on different makers or different origins. Details of these are posted on instagram @joyousbeantobarchocolate or sign up to our mailing list.
For those local to us we would recommend in-person tasting sessions, for example in your home or office, or in our Chiltern Chocolate Kitchen. However, we can also offer online chocolate tasting for those further afield. We send everything you need to take part and then arrange an interactive session online using Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
